Shakin’ Up Office Furniture at NeoCon 2013

Hudson, MA – May 14, 2013 – AIS is ready to pump up the volume at NeoCon 2013! This year the company is toting the theme, “Shakin up Office Furniture”. Infusing an element of fun, AIS has transformed its showroom into a silent disco. The furniture manufacturer is not only creating a memorable experience for those entering the showroom, but it will also be debuting new additions to its product offering. Its newest and most exciting addition is a new benching line titled, “Oxygen’’. Accompanying this new system, three new chair lines and a variety of system enhancements will also be unveiled at the show on June 10th.

Who says office furniture has to be SO serious? Suite 1086 will be hopping with excitement. Imagine the coolest furniture accented in CMYK – Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. AIS personnel will be outfitted in bright colored sneakers and T-shirts with jeans and a blazer. With our silent disco you’ll enter our showroom and see two glowing DJ booths. Pick up a pair of headphones, select which DJ you want to listen to and peruse the latest and greatest in the AIS showroom while listening to your favorite dance beats!

Oxygen Benching Line

The AIS Oxygen Bench system provides unparalleled aesthetic and functional flexibility for customers that aspire to a modern, open workplace environment. Oxygen features a structural spine beam support which accommodates multi-circuit electrical as well as routing and termination for data cables, complemented by worksurface apertures for ease of user access. A rigid steel framework with telescoping rails supports worksurfaces and storage elements while minimizing the number of parts required by adjusting to different field conditions. Rounding out the Oxygen Bench is a line of innovative storage elements that create privacy while efficiently sharing space and maximizing utility. The Oxygen system has been entered into the Best of NeoCon contest!

AIS Expands Midwest Team

Hudson, MA – February 22, 2013 – AIS hires Courtney Pirosko as Regional Manager responsible for running the Illinois and Wisconsin markets for AIS. Pirosko rounds out the Midwest team, an area that AIS has invested heavily in to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities.

In the last nine months, AIS has expanded its reach into the Midwest market substantially. With the additions of Pirosko, a direct sales position in Michigan, an A&D Development Manager and the unveiling of a new 7,500 sq. foot Chicago showroom, AIS plans to gain significant traction in this developing market.

With over 10 years of experience in the contract furniture industry, Pirosko has worked for large scale, successful dealerships in Illinois and New York and most recently managed the Midwest market for Global Industries. She is highly active within the local architectural and design communities and has a background in commercial real estate. Pirosko holds a BA in Communication from Purdue University.

Office Furniture Goes Prime Time!

AIS Promotes Chelsea Snow to New England Territory Manager

AIS & ANEW: Partnership Provides Alternative for Repurposing Surplus Office Equipment

AIS Hires TC Temple, Southern VA Territory Manager

Hudson, MA – July 17, 2012 – AIS is excited to announce the hiring of TC Temple, Southern VA Territory Manager. Temple will be responsible for developing distribution of AIS products, building relationships and increasing the company’s presence in the region.

An accomplished professional, Temple brings 15 years of industry experience to AIS. He most recently joins AIS from Kimball International where he held the title of Government Sales Manager. In this position Temple has been presented with several awards for his sales achievements. In 2011, he was awarded the title of #1 Government Sales Manager for Sales Volume.

AIS Hires A&D Development Manager, Chicago

Hudson, MA – July 6, 2012 – AIS announces the addition of Erica Donnell as A&D Development Manager, Chicago. Donnell will work to increase brand awareness within the architectural and design community and support dealer driven efforts cultivated by the AIS Chicago Team. Based in the new AIS Showroom, 10th floor of the Merchandise Mart, Donnell will utilize the newly expanded space to host dealers, designers, end-users, showroom tours, events and more.
