GSA Programs - Dealer Terms
AIS Standard commission for GSA sales is 10%. Over the MOL ($300,000 list), where AIS goes over the top GSA discount, dealer commission may be reduced as mutually agreed to between AIS and dealer. The 10% is calculated on the net sale to GSA, less the sum of the installation charge(s), the .75% IFF fee paid by AIS. Dealer will receive a detailed reconciliation of each GSA order with payment.
AIS will bill GSA for any installation service work you provide. Your firm should show that value as a separate line item on your proposal to your federal clients. AIS requires a sign off from the federal government before payment can be received.
Dealer will be paid GSA participation fee approximately 45-60 days following complete shipping of project (as determined by single purchase order). Prior to payment of participation fee, dealer must provide copy of installation charges for project to AIS. This can be submitted on-line, or via fax.
