Our success means more when we share it with people in our communities. We take corporate citizenship seriously, integrating it into our culture and business plans—but that doesn’t mean it feels like a heavy load. Our giving back activities are some of the most rewarding things we do all year.
At AIS, we foster a culture where people are valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. Every individual brings unique experiences, ideas, and perspectives—and we embrace those differences. That commitment inspired our Radiance Program, which pairs AIS team members with neurodiverse individuals. Our staff welcome Radiance participants into their teams, offering exposure to a variety of work experiences where they learn new skills and build confidence and capability in the workplace.
As a long-time supporter of Make-A-Wish, AIS helped furnish the organization’s Boston facility with new office solutions that support its mission of granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Beyond outfitting spaces, we actively participate in creating joyful experiences—partnering with community organizations across the nation to help make unforgettable moments possible for the children and families Make-A-Wish serves.
