Employee input shaped this headquarters design featuring Divi workstations, Calibrate storage, and Devens seating. AIS delivered cohesive, high-quality, affordable spaces supporting comfort and approachability.
This headquarters project included employee input from the beginning design stages. Divi workstations, including glass up-mount and PET L-wrap screens, Calibrate Series storage, and height adjustable tables were mocked-up for feedback. The employees loved the proposed workstations, which were smaller than existing, but provided storage for personal items and the option to work standing. The employees were given a choice in seating, and Devens was the overwhelming choice, with comments centered around increased comfort. The C-Suite used Calibrate Casegoods, incorporating height adjustable desks and using the same laminates as the open plan to create cohesiveness throughout the offices and support their goal of approachability.
