Spring Venture Group outfitted its headquarters with AIS Matrix panels, Day-to-Day height-adjustable tables, Calibrate offices, and Natick seating, creating an open, ergonomic, and collaborative workspace on budget.
Spring Venture Group is a direct-to-consumer distributor of Medicare supplement insurance. Spring Ventures wanted their new headquarters to have an open plan furniture solution that created an open, collaborative atmosphere and encouraged movement and interaction.
AIS proposed the Matrix panel system coupled with Day-to-Day Height Adjustable Tables, creating a highly ergonomic open environment that was value-driven. Private offices were furnished with Calibrate Laminate Casegoods, which also incorporated DAy-to-Day height adjustable tables. The proposed AIS pricing was well within budget, allowing for an increased seating budget, where employees chose Natick task seating.
Once the furniture was selected, AIS assisted in finding custom finish materials to support the client's vision of the space along with project management to coordinate on-time deliveries while upholding tight lead times to have the project completed on-time.
