Overview

This state agency based out of Austin, Texas was looking to consolidate several of their office buildings into one in order to make their workplace more effective and efficient.

In redesigning their new space, the client was focused on budget and timing. They began looking at refurbished furniture for these reasons. The local Austin AIS rep discussed the benefits of new furniture and the consistent look that it could give their space while staying within budget. Further, AIS could deliver the product thanks to short lead times. After visiting the showroom and seeing the product in person, the client rewarded the project to AIS.

For the workspace, Divi was installed at 66" high for maximum privacy. The new building had many windows, so the offices close to the windows were designed with 42" high panels in order to gain access to daylight.

In addition to the open plan, there were 19 manager offices that were designed using Divi. This helped to create a cohesive look between open and private spaces. All offices included Upton all-mesh seating.

The training room included Day-to-Day tables and the formal conference room incorporated Calibrate Conference tables. LB Lounge was used in reception and lounge areas providing users access to power.
