An East Coast University consolidated IT departments using AIS Divi, Calibrate, Day-to-Day tables, and versatile seating—creating collaborative, efficient, and activity-based workspaces across offices, huddle rooms, and the control center.
This East Coast University decided to consolidate their IT departments from multiple locations into one new building. The project goals were an extension of their organizational pillars to further professionalism, accountability, transparency, and efficiency.
AIS was able to provide holistic solutions utilizing Divi, Calibrate, Day-to-Day Tables, and a wide variety of seating to furnish the building. Activity based solutions to support workers individual and collaborative tasks included fulfilling workstations, private offices, huddle rooms, conference rooms, break-rooms, training rooms, and the heart of the IT Department, the control room.
